1. About the App

VizionItNow is a wellness and manifestation app. It includes vision boards, a gratitude journal, goal tracking, affirmations, audio journaling, immersive manifestation sessions, an AI Companion, and a community feed where users share their boards and posts.

The app is available on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). It is intended for personal use only.

Our Intellectual Property

The VizionItNow app — including its design, code, features, branding, and original content — belongs to us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app or any part of it without our written permission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VizionItNow. If you are between 13 and 17, you need parental or guardian consent. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You can create an account with an email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

VizionItNow offers a free tier, optional paid subscriptions (Pro) that unlock premium features, and consumable credit packs used for AI image generation.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credits: Credit packs are consumable and non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account.
• Refunds: Handled by Google Play and Apple under their respective policies. We don't process refunds directly.
• Price changes: We'll notify you before any price change. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Your Content

You own the content you create in the app — vision boards, journal entries, goals, affirmations, community posts, discussion posts, and audio recordings.

By posting in the community feed or discussions (including photos and videos), you give VizionItNow permission to display that content to other users of the app. You can delete your posts at any time.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights.

6. Community Rules

The community feed is a positive space. The following are not allowed:

• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users
• Posting spam, scams, or misleading content
• Posting explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Impersonating another person
• Violating anyone's intellectual property rights
• Using the app for any illegal purpose

These rules apply to community posts, discussion posts, comments, and any other content you share in the app. We use automated content moderation (Sightengine) to scan images and videos, and may remove content that violates these rules. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

7. Advertising

The community feed displays native ads served by Google AdMob, clearly labeled "Sponsored." We don't endorse the products or services in those ads. Your interactions with ads are between you and the advertiser.

8. Wellness Disclaimer

VizionItNow is a self-help and wellness tool. It is not a medical or mental health service and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or professional mental health advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or crisis service.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, VizionItNow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

You agree to not hold VizionItNow responsible for content posted by other users or for the actions of third-party advertisers.

10. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new account without our permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at contact@visionit.info. We'll do our best to resolve it informally before any formal action is taken.

13. Miscellaneous

If VizionItNow is acquired or merged with another company, these terms will transfer to the new owner and your data may be handled under a revised policy, of which you will be notified.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and VizionItNow regarding your use of the app.
